Isaac
Co-founder • Chief Operating Officer
At AI Perfect Pack: Isaac leads operations, customer partnerships, and program delivery. He works directly with data center operators to design VMI programs, optimize cooling system workflows, and ensure seamless supply chain execution from order to deployment.
Background: Isaac built his career at Deloitte, Huron Consulting Group, and Aleysian Consulting, where he led AI transformation projects and project delivery programs for Fortune 500 manufacturers. His consulting experience taught him how to translate technical requirements into scalable operational systems.
Education & Interests: Isaac graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas (MN) with a BBA in Finance, where he also played collegiate football. Outside of work, you'll find him following sports, tracking markets, or spending time with family and friends.
James
Co-founder • Head of Growth
At AI Perfect Pack: James drives growth strategy, customer acquisition, and technical sales. He partners with data center operators to understand their cooling infrastructure needs, translate technical requirements into product solutions, and build long-term supply partnerships.
Background: James spent his career at Keyence as a sales engineer specializing in laser printing solutions, where he worked hands-on with manufacturing clients to solve complex operational challenges. His technical sales background gives him the ability to understand both the engineering requirements and business priorities of data center operations.
Education & Interests: James earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University, where he was also a collegiate football athlete. Outside of work, James coaches high school athletes and stays active in sports, always making time for family and friends.
Our History
How AI Perfect Pack Came to Be
Isaac and James have been friends for years, bonding over their shared experiences as collegiate football athletes and their passion for solving complex business challenges. Through countless conversations about their careers — Isaac in AI transformation consulting and James in technical sales — they kept circling back to the same observation: the Midwest was experiencing a massive AI infrastructure buildout, but the supply chain wasn't keeping pace.
Data centers across Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio were dealing with long lead times and high freight costs for critical cooling components. Coastal suppliers couldn't deliver fast enough, and local options simply didn't exist for the specialized parts that liquid cooling systems require. With hyperscale investments pouring into their backyard, Isaac and James saw an opportunity to build something better.
They spent months validating the idea — talking to data center operators, facilities managers, and cooling system integrators. The feedback was consistent: operators needed a reliable, local supplier who understood their technical requirements and could deliver on their schedule. That's when AI Perfect Pack was born.
Just like on the football field, they knew that winning comes down to preparation, execution, and having the right team in place. Today, they're building the cooling supply chain the Midwest deserves — fast delivery, technical expertise, and a partnership approach that puts uptime first.
